We invite all Mumineen to complete the Namaz Pass Registration for Sherullah. Your thoughtful cooperation will help us ensure a smooth and well-organized arrangement for everyone.

📝 How to Fill the Registration Form

🔹 Enter the HOF ITS Number

🔹 Select pass preferences for Mardo and Bairao family members

🔹 Review all details carefully before clicking Submit

🔹 The form applies to the entire family, so we kindly discuss with the entire family and finalize preferences before submitting.

🔹 All preferences are indicative; final allotment will be done based on availability.

Passes will be allotted purely based on availability and eligibility, with fairness to all.

Your understanding and cooperation will greatly help in maintaining discipline during this month.

📍 Masallah Space – Gentle Guidelines

Mumineen are requested to select Masallah space only if they plan to attend Namaz regularly at the Masjid.

✨ Kindly avoid selecting Masallah space for anyone who:

• Is out of station during Ramazan
• Has serious health concerns or is bedridden
• Is unlikely to attend Namaz regularly

This will help ensure that space is available for those who truly need it.

♿ Rahat Seating – Kindly Note

• If Rahat seating is needed, please ensure “Rahat” is selected in the form.
• If not selected, Rahat seating may not be possible to allot later.
• Rahat seating is not available inside the Masjid
• Chairs or personal seating materials are not permitted inside the Masjid
• All Ladies requiring Rahat seating will be accommodated in the 2nd Floor Sehan area
• All Gents requiring Rahat seating will be accommodated in the Sehan area

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Information – Kindly Ensure Accuracy

🌼 To maintain fairness for all Mumineen:

• Passes should be selected only for family members who will be present in Coimbatore
• Proxy selection is not permitted
• If the mother or mother-in-law will not be in town or is unable to attend, please select “Not in Town.”
• In such cases, the next eligible Bairao family member may be selected as required
